HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Workflow Management at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities required of all personnel within this position. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary depending upon assignments and other factors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compile, format, and check quality of recurring information updates for meetings, VTCs, and reports.

  • Provide printouts of presentations as required.

  • Maintain organizational email account and archival file structure. Check the account daily for incoming emails and then distribute to the correct action agency or take action directly as necessary.

  • Monitor the RFI systems and coordinate with agencies in response to RFIs to ensure all timelines are met.

  • Manage office communications. Backfill for the other Chief of Staff office personnel during any temporary absence. Answer all incoming phone calls or other message formats and take appropriate action, or notify the correct office of the task.

  • Coordinate all daily functions of the USAFCENT TMT for the headquarters at both Shaw AFB and other downrange locations.

  • Monitor all input and output functions to include validating with the Chief of Staff all incoming tasker emails from external agencies.

  • Process, including input and output functions, internally generated taskers.

  • Processing of the taskers, both internal and externally generated, will include building the tasker, establishing the lead and coordinating offices, coordinating the staff processes and responses, and managing the timelines to ensure all suspenses are met.

  • Provide QC checks for all tasker responses and ensure associated documentation is correctly labeled and loaded in the system. Once completed, ensure the tasker is correctly closed and the tasking agency notified of the results of the tasker request.

  • Provide tasker management training to the USAFCENT staff as required. Maintain training courseware, templates, and TMT guidance to ensure standardized coordination by the staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications/e-mail systems or the equivalent.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience working with tasker management system at a component staff or higher.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience on a NAF or component command staff or higher level.

Security:

  • US Citizenship required

  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport

  • Candidate must possess TS/SCI Clearance

  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
