HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Circuit Actions Support at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expertise for all circuit actions functions that directly support the USAFCENT mission in the USCENTCOM AOR.
Maintain circuit history records for USAFCENT/A6X.
Assist subordinate organizations prepare in-effect, exception, and delayed service reports IAW Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) guidance.
Provide advice and guidance to USAFCENT system managers during the review and revalidation of all USAFCENT strategic circuits IAW established DISA review and revalidation policies and procedures.
Analyze, review and provide guidance on validating all leased and government-owned long-haul telecommunications circuits.
Provision all leased and government-owned telecommunications circuits IAW USAFCENT/A6X leadership direction using the DISA Storefront system for strategic circuits, and USCENTCOM Telecommunications Service Order (TSO) formatted email messages for tactical circuits.
Coordinate with SMEs from USAFCENT, DISA, USCENTCOM and commercial equipment vendors to obtain the detailed design configuration, integration, and technical details that are needed to accurately provision circuits in support of the USAFCENT mission.
Provide circuit actions guidance and assistance to USAFCENT program managers and technical teams as they deploy and activate communications facility construction projects in the USCENTCOM AOR.
Assist in the deployment and operation of telecommunications systems into the USCENTCOM AOR. Provide circuit actions support to any USAFCENT circuit or system engineering effort in the AOR.
Coordinate with USAFCENT Resource Managers and USCENTCOM budget analysts to forecast USAFCENT’s annual circuit operating expenses and budgets. .
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in management or related field and five years of circuit actions and tech control experience, or ten years of relevant work experience in circuit actions experience provisioning circuits and management of military technical control facility. (Following KSA experience time requirements can be concurrent with this KSA time requirement).
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience to include experience provisioning circuits using DISA systems to include DISA Direct Order Entry and/or DISA Storefront, experience using USCENTCOM TSO message format, and experience with the DISA Telecommunication Services Enterprise Acquisition Services (TSEAS) Inventory and Billing Information (TIBI) system.
Minimum of one year experience with tactical and strategic communications circuits and systems; Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN), Defense Switch Network (DSN), Internet protocol (IP) routed networks, L3VPN’s, Cisco networking equipment, multiplexers, fiber optic modems and facility timing systems.
Minimum of two years’ experience with program management at the numbered AF/Component Command Equivalent Staff level or higher.
Minimum of one year experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
