Summary

Responsibilities
  • Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, strips and polishes using brooms, mops, lightweight equipment such as vacuum cleaners and lightweight floor scrubbers, waxers, and buffers
  • Cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and common areas. Empties trash.
  • Dusts waxes and polishes furniture and fixtures.
  • Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes bathroom and toilet facilities.
  • Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies and condiments to perform assigned duties.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
  • A one year probationary period may be required
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
  • Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds. Physical is required.
Qualifications

Applicant must be able to follow simple oral instructions and use hand or light weight powered cleaning tools and equipment as described which generally require no prior training or previous work experience.
