HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of In Transit Visibility Program Support at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expertise and analytical support in managing USAFCENT’s In-Transit Visibility (ITV) program.
Provide expertise on asset movement tracking through the USCENTCOM AOR.
Analyze and coordinate asset tracking requirements with Service components representatives, USAFCENT/A4 and USCENTCOM.
Provide expertise on analyzing initial requirements and capabilities that ensure each USAFCENT Forward Operating Base (FOB)/Forward Operating Location (FOL) has the capability to track movement of cargo needed to sustain forces in support of contingency operations.
Assist in implementing USCENTCOM’s Regulation 700-4 mandating that all shipments have Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) tags for tracking management.
Provide assistance and in-depth analysis to determine current capabilities (computers, facilities, trained personnel, bandwidth, etc.) at each FOB/FOL and then coordinate with USCENTCOM, Air Staff, and the Land Component Commander to develop/implement a plan to bring all the sites to USCENTCOM's standards.
Provide subject matter expertise to oversight of on-going re-alignment of forces in the AOR in support of mission requirements. Ensures equipment and property deployed to the region are redeployed efficiently and effectively (full accountability).
Assist with posturing resources against programs to plan, present, and execute budgets to analyze budget impacts on programs and to forecast long-term requirements. Present the conclusions either in written form or by briefing to USAFCENT/A4
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of five years’ experience working with ITV program.
Minimum of two years’ experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
US Citizenship required
Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport
Candidate must possess Secret Clearance
