This opportunity would allow you to be the firstincommand in regards to Revenue Management of the underrenovation Marriott located near Pikes Peak. A creative and future minded Hotel needs a Director of Revenue to help in taking action on ideas and moving projects forward. SUMMARY : The Director of Revenue is primarily responsible for all areas of room inventory management to include forecasting and reporting on trends, both short term and long term outlooks. S/He will maximize the profitability of the hotel while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The Director of Revenue shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Hotel's Culture and Portfolio Hotels & Resorts' Core Values.


  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.

  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

  • Cultivate collaborative, mutually supportive relationships with and among customers, community, sales office, and hotel staff.

  • Optimize revenue by monitoring all distribution channels.

  • Facilitate weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings.

  • Prepares and is accountable for sales strategy and forecasts.

  • Builds all rates, packages, and hotel sales strategy information in the hotel's inventory systems.

  • Responsible for all rate approvals for group rates and leisure rates that do not adhere to guidelines.

  • Adjust rate strategies in order to maximize revenue.

  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

  • 5+ years in fullserve Hotel or Resort Revenue Management
